  1. Introduction

New Image™ International Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all individuals. This Data Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, store, and transfer personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

This policy applies to all individuals located in the United Kingdom, as well as those whose data is processed by our UK operations or on behalf of our UK subsidiaries.

Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Special Category Data: Personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, health information, or sexual orientation.

Processor: An entity that processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

ICO: The UK Information Commissioner’s Office, the data protection regulator.

This policy applies to all UK-based entities, data subjects residing in the UK, and non-UK entities that offer goods or services to or monitor the behaviour of individuals in the UK.

      1. Contact Information: Name, address, email address, phone number.

      2. Financial Information: Payment details (processed securely by third parties), purchase history, and order details.

      3. Transaction Data: Product preferences and order records.

      4. Technical Data: IP address, browser type, time zone settings, operating system, and platform.

      • Direct Interactions: When you fill out forms, become a member, make purchases, or contact us.

      • Automated Technologies: Website logs and analytics tools. While New Image does not use cookies for direct tracking, third-party platforms (e.g. social media or ecommerce platforms) may use them.

      • Third Parties: We may collect information from service providers, business partners, or publicly available sources.

      • Consent: Where you have provided consent for specific processing purposes.

      Identity Verification: To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, we must verify the identity and address of all New Image™ Members. We have partnered with GBG to assist with a digital identification verification solution, Cloudcheck. GBG is a trusted provider who adheres to strict privacy and data protection standards. Members name, address, and Member ID will be shared with them solely for verification purposes and securely deleted after 7 days.

    10. Data Security and Retention

    11. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. We retain your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated above or as required by law. Once no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

We are pleased to welcome you to the New Image™ family and invite you to join us on our journey toward health, wellness, and personal growth. New Image™ is a direct selling company dedicated to delivering high-quality nutritional and skincare products directly to consumers through our network of Independent Members. Please note that our products are not available in retail stores.

Our community of Members is united by shared values of health, well-being, and the pursuit of a rewarding lifestyle opportunity. As part of our commitment to excellence and ethical business practices, New Image™ adheres to the Direct Selling United Kingdom’s Code of Practice, along with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements governing our industry. While Members are not expected to be an expert in these matters, we have developed a comprehensive Terms and Conditions document to guide our Members through their Membership responsibilities and help ensure compliance.

We strongly encourage reading and become thoroughly familiar with this document, as understanding and adhering to these requirements s is our Members’ responsibility.

  1. Definitions

  2. In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context indicates otherwise:

    1. The Company or New Image™ refers to New Image™ International Limited, including any of its subsidiaries established in the jurisdiction where the Member ordinarily resides, as applicable.
    2. Member means the individual, partnership, or company identified in the Member Application. All Members must be natural persons acting individually or through a duly registered business entity. Members are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of New Image™.
    3. The Member Applicationrefers to the official application form, or online application that must be completed and signed by individuals seeking to become Members of New Image™. Acceptance of the application is at the sole discretion of New Image™.
    4. Person / Personal. Unless the context requires otherwise, any reference to "persons" or “personal” includes an individual, joint application or a company.
    5. References to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.
    6. The Agreement comprises these Terms and Conditions and constitutes the agreement between New Image™ and the Member, and no additional promises, representations, or agreements shall be binding unless made in writing and formally issued by New Image™.
    7. The Agreement effective date shall be the date on which it is accepted by New Image™. This agreement, or any updated version of this agreement will last for one year, and this agreement will remain in force upon renewing Membership, and on condition that the Member is not in breach of this Agreement.
    8. Breach of Agreement occurs when a Member violates any of the terms, conditions, policies, or procedures outlined in this Agreement. A breach may result in an action at the sole discretion of New Image™.
    9. Misconduct is inappropriate or otherwise unacceptable behaviour by a Member, or a previous Member. This includes and is not limited to a Breach of Agreement. Penalties for misconduct with these Terms and Conditions, rules and/or regulations could include termination, suspension, withholding commissions, terminating a members upline, direct Sponsors or any other contract that are considered to be involved in misconduct.
    10. “Member with a fake account” is a Membership created to deliberately, with false or misleading information, manipulate the results of the compensation plan to the benefit of the Members who are a Members upline to the fake account. This may be a duplicate of an existing Member or a fake/ ghost identity.
    11. The Product means any and all goods or services that are marketed, promoted, or sold by New Image™ from time to time.
    12. Website refers to any online platform, whether operated by New Image™ or privately by a Member, that is used in connection with New Image™. This includes, but is not limited to, the official website provided through the Member’s unique New Image ™ Member Business Centre, as well as any independently operated Member websites used to promote or sell New Image™ products.
    13. Change of Sponsorship cooling off Period refers to the mandatory waiting period of six (6) Commission cycles that must elapse after a Member terminates their agreement with an existing Members upline before they are eligible to rejoin under a different upline. During this period, the Member is prohibited from selling products, enrolling new Members, or engaging in any Member business activities.
    14. Cooling off Period - refers to the Fair-Trading Act statutory or contractual period during which a newly enrolled Member may cancel their Membership and return any purchased products if the sale occurred without prior invitation. Refer to the Refund Policy for the applicable terms and procedures.
    15. Drop Ship Order is an order for personal consumption placed by a Member, to be delivered directly to their customer.
    16. Autoship Order refers to a recurring, automated monthly product order placed by a Member.
    17. Commercial quantities of stock refer to any quantity of product that exceeds what is reasonably required for personal consumption or sale through standard direct selling methods. As a general guideline, any order exceeding six (6) units of the same product shall be deemed to constitute a commercial quantity.
    18. Proof of sales includes valid Sales receipts or invoices demonstrating that the product was sold to end consumers in accordance with direct selling practices.
    19. Direct Selling means selling products or services directly to customers, by not using traditional retail channels like stores or third-party distributors. It involves a direct connection between the seller and the buyer, often in a non-store environment like a home, workplace, or through online interactions.
    20. Meetingsinclude online or in-person meetings.
    21. A Members Upline is a Members Sponsor and their Sponsors.
    22. A Members Downline are Members, who a Member has Sponsored, and their downline Sponsored Members.
  1. Who can be a Member of New Image™?

A Member must be a Citizen or Legal Resident in the country they hold a Membership. An individual can only be a Member in one country. The minimum age requirement to become a Member is 18 years of age.

Whether joining as an individual, or as a company, a Member is required to register as an ‘Individual’ Member. This means that the earnings of the Membership will be reported under the name of the individual Member, or in the registered company name where applicable. If a joint application has been made, revenue will be reported against the first name provided in the application. This includes activities related to Membership, including but not limited to tax identification, or company identification numbers.

Only a New Image™ Member may sell the Product or participate in the New Image™ marketing program purchasing all products for resale from New Image™. A former Member may rejoin at any time, unless they are within a six-month cooling off period due to a change of Sponsor or have been terminated for misconduct. Members are required to disclose any previous Membership.

  2. This agreement commences when Membership is accepted; and is renewed annually when Membership is renewed.

    1. A Member or a Members Company may only join as an individual.
    2. Each person is only allowed to have one Membership.

      Verification of identification will be carried out by New Image’s Third-Party provider. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, Members are required to provide their explicit consent for New Image to perform this check. This applies whether joining as an individual or as a company.

      A Member is considered an Independent Member, not an employee, agent, business partner, or representative of New Image™. Members must not claim or imply they are acting as an employee or official representative. They must not at any time or in any manner suggest or imply that they are an employee, partner, venturer, agent or legal Representative of the Company.

      As such the Member acknowledges they are responsible for their own taxes on any payment or benefit received from the Company and all expenses related to their business and will make no claim or demand upon the Company in relation to payment of wages, Superannuation, taxation, sick or holiday leave, parental or other leave.

      The Member is to ensure compliance at all times with legislative requirements in relation to the conduct of their own business. They have no power to incur any debt, obligation of liability or to make any representation of warranty on behalf of the Company.

      Members also cannot transfer their rights or assignments to another person unless they receive written permission from New Image™ in advance. The Company does not have to approve such requests and may approve or deny them as it sees fit.

    3. Companies and Partnerships may become a Member on the following terms:
    4. The Agreement must be signed by the Director of the applying company or by the person who has legal authority to sign on the company's behalf. The Membership designation must be associated with a named individual. The designated individual must be listed as the Member. It must also be returned to New Image™ along with a list of the company’s Directors.

      1. New Image does not sell in a retail environment. A Member cannot use their company to promote or sell New Image™ products through in-store advertising or shelf stocking, unless the business is a Pharmacy, Medical Professional, or Dietician with a physical consultation room. These professionals must be able to prove they have a consultation room and valid practicing certificates if asked and must seek written approval by the company.
      2. A company can only be linked to one Membership. This is the company that will be used for reporting income to the United Kingdom Tax Office. His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HRMC).
      3. In the case of a partnership, all partners must sign the Agreement.
      4. All companies must provide the required information as stated in the Company Form from New Image™.
      5. Company names formed to sell New Image ™ products may not include New Image or one of the product names as the company name.
      6. It is the accountholder's responsibility to fully comply with local tax requirements.
    5. Members of other Direct Selling companies, or Organisations
    6. Members are required to exclusively sell New Image™ or its related company products to be eligible to earn the Royalty Bonus, Country Pool or Chairmans bonus.

      New Image™ meetings must only be used to promote or sell New Image™ products. They must not be used to advertise or promote any other company, sales program, event, or business opportunity.

    7. Applying as a new Member
    8. A person who wants to join must be sponsored by an existing New Image™ Member and must pay the joining fee where applicable.

      An upline Sponsor may assist a person creating their Membership, however each new Member must complete the sign-up process themselves using the official onboarding system. To become a Member, all new applicants must agree to the New Image™ Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Statement. This is a mandatory step in the registration process.

      1. Why We Need to Verify a Member Identity and Address
      2. To comply with United Kingdom laws and regulations, New Image™ is required to verify the identity and information of all independent sellers.

        This process is important for several reasons, including, but not limited to ensuring that commission payments are being paid to the correct Member, product is being delivered to the correct Member, meeting Anti Money Laundering requirements, promoting fair and honest business practices, tax compliance, and fraud prevention.

        By completing the identity verification process, Members help us operate legally, securely, and with integrity under United Kingdom law.

  1. Information required when joining:

New Image™ reserves the right to accept or decline any Membership application where the information provided is found to be inaccurate or incomplete. Failure to provide the required information, or refusal by a Member to verify such information when requested, may result in the suspension or termination of Membership at the sole discretion of New Image™.

New Image™ is not obliged to accept any Members application or Product order (including but not limited to) where the delivery address is the same for more than one Member or prospective-Member.

    1. A Member must supply:
    2. For individual applicants, the following information and documentation must be provided in full and must be valid at the time of submission:

      1. Full legal name and date of birth, supported by a valid, government-issued photo identification document (e.g., driver’s licence, passport, or other accepted form of identification) during the New Image™ Third Party Cloudcheck GBG verification process. The Identification Document must not be expired and must clearly display the individual’s full legal name.

      2. The residential and shipping address are required. New Image™ may request proof of address at any time - such as a utility bill issued within the last three (3) months. Where multiple Members list the same residential address, New Image™ reserves the right to request additional proof of occupancy.

      3. Their Personal or their Companies bank account details, which will be used for commission payments and to fulfil reporting obligations to the United Kingdom Tax Office when required. New Image™ may request evidence of account ownership, such as a bank statement (issued within the last three (3) months or a confirmation letter from the bank. The bank account must be in the legal name of the Member or the company. Payments will only be made to the Member’s bank account number or in the case of a nominated company, to that company bank account.

      4. A unique mobile phone number registered to the applicant.

      5. A personal and unique email address, which will be used for all official correspondence, including order confirmations and account-related notifications.

    3. In the case of a company, the following information is also required:
      1. The Members full company name as recorded in the register with the United Kingdom Companies House.
      2. The Member’s registered companies number, and if the company is registered for VAT, evidence of current VAT registration.
      3. The Member’s company bank account details for potential future commission payments. New Image™ reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the bank account via a bank statement or a letter from the bank. This includes the same information required for individual Members.
      4. Additionally, if a Member or their company is subject to sanctions, has evidence of misconduct, or a criminal record, they may be denied Membership. In cases where a business under investigation registers new Members, those Members may also be rejected based on the ongoing investigation.
      5. For clarity, this personal information will be associated with the Member’s New Image™ Membership account and cannot be transferred to another Member. Any changes to this information must be updated in the Membership portal or reported to New Image™ International Ltd promptly.
    4. Members who own companies, or have medical, pharmaceutical or nutritionist practice.
    5. If a Member owns a business, they are prohibited from using their business premises to promote or sell New Image™ International products through in-store advertising or by placing products on store shelves.

      If a Member owns a retail, or online store, they must submit full business details to New Image™. If the Member owns or works in a retail store, they may not use the business to display the products for sale of their products.

      Products may be sold through Pharmacies, Medical Professionals’ or Nutritionists’ premises provided they have a consultation room. Physical products are not authorised to be displayed in the public arena. They may recommend the product but can only service the customer from non-displayed stock.

      These exceptions apply only if the business is a Pharmacy, Medical Practice, Nutritionist or Dietician with a consultation room, and in these cases:

      1. The Member must provide a copy of their professional license and proof of the consultation room.
      2. Products may only be sold in line with the regulations and laws of their profession.
      3. Any New Image™ business must be conducted in the consulting room, and they cannot promote or sell New Image™ International products through in-store advertising or by placing product on store shelves outside of the consulting room.
  1. Membership Renewal Fee

Membership must be renewed annually by paying the renewal fee (if applicable). Renewal is only allowed if the Member is in good standing and not in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Members who remain inactive, or do not renew their annual Membership for over 12 months – their Membership will be automatically suspended. The member may re-activate their Membership later after renewing their Membership fee but will not retain their status, or place in the network. The Member may stay with the original upline or move to a new upline.

  1. Member responsibilities

    1. Members are responsible for their own taxes, business expenses, and compliance with laws and regulations.
    2. A Member is responsible for their own business decisions (not influenced by others), expectations, commitment and expenditure. New Image™ will not be responsible for any loss, cost, claim or liability in this respect and that they are not relying on any statement or comment from New Image™, or any of its Members except as set out in the Member Application.
    3. Members are required to comply with all government laws and regulations as may be applicable from time to time and to be responsible for filing all necessary returns and paying all taxes including income taxes, goods and services taxes, value-added taxes and any other charges required by law which become due in relation to their business and to keep such records as are necessary to ensure compliance with the requirements of the relevant local tax authority.
    4. Members must cooperate with New Image™ employees in any investigations, requests, or instructions.
    5. Members must not make any claims, statements, representations or warranties regarding the Products or regarding the Company except that which is contained in these Terms and Conditions.
    6. Success depends on each Member’s own effort.

    7. Buying Products
    8. Only registered New Image™ Members can buy products from the company for resale and participate in its business program in their own country.

      1. Members should only buy what they need for personal use or personal sales.
      2. Products must not be passed on to another Member or be sold to a non-Member on a Member’s behalf, who intends to resell them.
      3. Delivery of goods will be made to the address provided on the order form, or to the Members Shipping address as is appropriate. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
      4. Members must not buy stock for another Member or transfer products between Members. Should there be a request for a refund from a Member, and the stock returned does not belong to the Member, New Image™ reserves the right to deny a refund for this item.
      5. Members must not submit any orders in the name of any other Member without the express written approval of that Member (Ordering Member). For the avoidance of doubt, where an order is placed on behalf of an Ordering Member, any commissions owing in respect of that order will be paid to the Ordering Member.
      6. Members must not ship personal orders to any address other than the Member’s address registered with New Image™, unless they are drop shipping an order directly to a customer (maximum of 6 of the same, identical units). For the avoidance of doubt, drop ship orders cannot be shipped to an address belonging to another New Image™ Member.
    9. How to Buy:
      1. Members must place their own orders through the New Image™ Member Business Centre or through the New Image Head Office.
      2. The New Image Customer Service Team may not assist a Member place or change orders for another Member – even if they are in the Members upline or downline; unless New Image™ is provided consent from the Member concerned to do so. New Image™ will only be able to able to carry out requests as per what has been consented.
    10. Ordering Options:
      1. Member Order: Personal use or inventory for the Member to fulfil customers’ orders.
      2. Autoship: A recurring monthly order delivered to a Members registered address. The maximum quantity of any one product per month on an Autoship Order is limited to a maximum of six (6) units of the same product. Autoship orders cannot be drop shipped to a customer or another Member.
      3. Dropship: These must be for personal use only and cannot be resold. A dropship order cannot be forwarded to another Member. Such orders can include a variety of products but are limited to a maximum of six (6) units of the same product per calendar month. Products delivered via drop-shipping are for personal use by the customer and may not be resold under any circumstances.
      4. Orders placed through the ordering form are subject to acceptance by New Image ™.

      Should a Member be travelling and are unable to access their New Image™ Member Business Centre to make an order, requests out of the ordinary, are to be made in writing.

    11. Not permitted when selling:
      1. Purchasing the Products or services in commercial quantities (defined to be over six (6) units of the same, identical product during a company month – as defined in the Compensation Plan) solely for the purpose of qualifying for advancement in the Company’s Compensation Plan and that failing to uphold this policy in training as well as in building a business could result in the termination of the Agreement.
      2. Should a Member try sell a product to non-Member for resale or using group-buying schemes to boost commission or status, their Membership will be terminated.
      3. In placing a new Product order, the Member certifies that, of all Products previously supplied to the Member, seventy percent (70%) of those Products have been re-supplied to or received by customers for consumption. New Image™ reserves the right to request proof of sales to customers and obtain contact details of such customers from the Member to verify their purchases.
      4. Upon receiving the Company’s request for customers’ contact details, the Member must take all reasonable steps to obtain the authorisation or consent that may be required under the applicable privacy and data protection laws (if any) in order to allow the Company to lawfully use such contact details for the purposes of contacting the customers to verify their purchases.
      5. New Image™ may ask for proof of sales and contact information of a Members customers to verify compliance.

      Proof of sales may be requested by New Image™ when product orders exceed the personal use threshold, or when it is required for any other reasonable reason. Acceptable proof includes valid sales receipts or invoices demonstrating that the product was sold to end consumers in accordance with direct selling practices. The receipts must include customers’ name, contact details, and the date of the sale. New Image™ reserves the right to verify the purchase with the customer.

  1. Terms of Purchase:

    1. By ordering, Members agree:
      1. To pay the Company for all Product orders prior to dispatching such orders. The Company reserves the right to place any unpaid Product orders on hold and not to process them, until such time as they become paid.
      2. New Image™ may refuse orders or Memberships with a PO Box address, or where multiple members or prospective members have shared delivery addresses.
      3. Orders may only be sent to the Member’s registered address, unless it’s a Dropship order to a customer (max 6 identical units).
      4. Autoship orders must be sent to the Member’s own registered/ residential address and cannot be forwarded or used for Dropship.
      5. Dropship orders must be for personal use only and may not be resold or used for bulk supply. A dropship order cannot be forwarded to another Member. Such orders can include a variety of products but are limited to a maximum of six (6) units of the same product per calendar month. Products delivered via drop-shipping are for personal use by the customer and may not be resold under any circumstances.
      6. A Member may not place orders in another Member’s name unless a Member has their written permission, this includes buying another members’ product.
      7. No warehousing, stockpiling or sharing stock between Members is permitted. Orders must not exceed 30 identical units per product per month.
  1. Stock check

New Image™ may audit a Members stock to determine if there has been tampering, misuse, or ordering of unreasonable quantities. If a Member is selected for a stock trace audit, the Member will be required to provide New Image™ with copies of their product bar codes with photographs. Alternatively, a New Image ™ representative may request access to their stock at a time and location to be negotiated between both parties, but within 5 working days of receiving the written notification.

  1. Members agree not to

    1. Sell or supply products to non-Members who intend to resell them.
    2. Sell or attempt to sell the Products through any retail outlets, markets/ fairs, online trading sites, commercial auction or marketplace sites, pop up stores, schools, clubs, competitions, or otherwise.
    3. Enter areas to sell product where a preference for no unsolicited sales is displayed, such as ‘do not knock’ or “No Solicitors” signs.
    4. Sell stock to customers who are vulnerable, which may result in stock being sold to someone who has no use for the product or cannot afford the product. This includes the sale of the product to children or compromised elderly people.
    5. Suggest that New Image™ products have a similarity to any other goods made by other Manufacturers.
    6. Use New Image™ networks, meetings or events (Upline/Downline or customers) to promote or sell non-New Image™ products or recruit new Members.
    7. Make unapproved claims or comparisons about New Image™ products.
  1. International Business

Commercial quantities (six (6) units of the same (identical) product ordered in the same month may not be shipped outside the country of purchase as products may not conform to overseas regulations for labels, formulas etcetera, which may result in regulatory action and financial penalties for New Image™ and/or the Member responsible for those Products, as well as reputational damage for New Image™.

The Direct Selling Association Code of Practice in the country where business is being carried out will apply together with these Terms and Conditions. This includes any other relevant laws in that country.

    1. International Sponsoring
      1. A Member with the Rank of Supervisor or above may sponsor internationally. The Member undertakes to become fully conversant with the Terms and Conditions of the Company requirements, taxation requirements (including any withholding tax provision) and legislative requirements in all countries in which the Member’s network operates. A Member may sponsor new Members into such countries but may not ship stock if that same product is available for sale in that country.
      2. There are no exclusive territories for Members.
      3. A Member may only be a Member in the country in which they legally reside.
      4. People sponsored in other countries must provide a residential address in a New Image™ country and qualify in their New Image™ country of operation. Members must understand and follow local laws, including tax and Direct Selling Association or the WFDSA World Code requirements when applicable.
    2. International Orders
      1. No Member will be given an exclusive territory or franchise.
      2. The Member may market the Products and the business opportunity with the prior approval from the Company and within the legislation applicable from time to time to the country or countries in which they operate.
      3. Once a Member has reached the Supervisor level, only then may Sponsors sell stock overseas, and only in quantities fit for personal consumption (maximum 6 units per month).
      4. Members must follow the New Image™ Terms and Conditions and local laws in the Country where sales are being made.
      5. The Member may sponsor persons to become Members in other countries where the New Image™ business is in operation in accordance with the rules set out for international sponsoring. Members must not ship any product into countries where New Image has an established business (i.e. Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand etc.), and where that same product is available for purchase in that country, as a part of their standard business practice, or as a business strategy. This includes online sales to these countries.
      6. Commercial quantities may not be shipped outside the country of purchase as products may not conform to overseas regulations for labels, formulas etc. which may result in regulatory action and financial penalties for the Company and/or the Member responsible for those Products, as well as reputational damage for the Company.
      7. Members may take no more than (6) of the same identical product for personal use when traveling but must confirm local laws. Customs rules and requirements vary, and New Image™ is not responsible for seized or returned shipments.
  1. Product Labels and Materials

Members must not alter or tamper with product packaging, labels, or inserts, or product materials in any way.

  1. Refund & Exchange Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned, the timeframe for returns, and the steps involved in initiating a return or exchange. The Member understands and agrees that bonuses or commissions paid within the preceding 120 days on Products returned by Members in their downline may be deducted from their account with the Company at any time where a Member in their downline terminates their Agreement or is terminated by the Company.

    1. Right to return products
    2. The Member has the right to return damaged products and exchange products as per the Refund and Exchange Policy, and local Laws.

      How to get a Replacement of damaged product:

    3. Photographic Evidence
    4. Take clear photographs of:

      1. The damaged product (including the front label and the damaged area).
      2. The batch number and manufacturing date (located on the side of bottles or the bottom of canned products).
    5. The goods are to be returned in original packaging and must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase to determine if the damage occurred during transit.
    6. Contact Us – Information required:
    7. Email the photos and the following information to uksupport@newimage.world.

      Please include:

      1. Member or Customers full name.
      2. Member ID number (if applicable).
      3. Invoice copy including the invoice number.
      4. A brief description of the product damage.
    8. Timeframe for Notification
      1. Notification of product damage, or a change of mind for purchasing the product must be made within 10 Business days of receiving the goods.
      2. If a notification us outside this timeframe, we may not be able to process the return unless required by Law.
    9. Assessment and Resolution
    10. Once the return request is reviewed and approved, New Image™ will:

      1. Send replacement products.
      2. Provide a return ticket for the return of the damaged or faulty items.
      3. Arrange for collection of the damaged goods from the delivery address during normal business hours.
    11. Members must:
      1. Be able to provide proof of purchase.
      2. Ensure the damaged or returned product has at least six (6) months shelf life left.
      3. Cover the cost of shipping. Where New Image™ handles the shipping during the refund process for Members Terminating or a change of mind refund, a handling charge of 10% of the shipping fee will be deducted, in addition to the freight fees incurred by New Image.
      4. Upon cessation of the Agreement: Returned goods must have been purchased within the 12-month period preceding the cessation and a handling charge of 10% will be deducted.
      5. Understand and agree that commissions paid on refunded orders will be reversed for the Member and their Upline. Products with PV awarded against them will be adjusted accordingly.
      6. Ensure during the cooling off period that New Image™ receives notification of the Member’s Resignation in writing within Ten (10) working days of the date appearing on the initial invoice.
      7. Understand and agree that returns for dishonest reasons (e.g., unnecessary purchases of commercial quantities, duplicate accounts, exploiting the compensation plan, or manipulating ranks) won’t be accepted and may lead to termination.
      8. Understand that the Company may withhold the payment of all or part of any commissions or other monies due to the Member to offset any monies that may be due and payable to the Company by the Member, including where any Products are returned to the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. In this instance it represents a non-sale and all commissions will be clawed back.
    12. Product exchanges
    13. When New Image™ cannot replace a resaleable product the same product, or if a customer changes their mind, the product may be exchanged for another product for the same price, and when appropriate, surplus paid fees will be refunded. Where another product was chosen and it costs more than the initial product, the Member will need to pay in the difference.

    14. Product buy-back
    15. Members may within a period of ten (10) working days of entering into this Agreement to cancel the Agreement without penalty by written notice of termination and to return any Products purchased within that period and which remain unsold provided that such goods are in the same condition as at the time of purchase and to require the Company to refund all monies paid in respect of such Member Products.

  1. When Sponsoring and selling:

    1. Members are to correctly identify themselves to a new prospect Member as an independent New Image™ Member.
    2. New Members must register and agree to these Terms and Conditions themselves. If the Sponsor registers a new Member and agrees to the Terms and Conditions on their new Member’s behalf, the Sponsor may be terminated.
    3. The invitation, attendance and completion of the Guest Register for a prospect Member at a Company function establishes a sponsorship opportunity. To protect national and international sponsorship ethics, no Member may influence, entice or offer inducements to prospect Members to change Sponsor. Protection for a 30-day period (Protected Period) will be allowed for completion of the Member Application. If registration is not completed within the Protected Period, the new Member will become available for sponsorship.
    4. Not to solicit Members already sponsored by another Member. Any Member not personally sponsored, cross recruited and any other form of unauthorised line of sponsorship changes will result in suspension or termination of the Agreement of all Members involved.
    5. The Member is not entitled to receive any remuneration for sponsoring or introducing any other Member to the Company and that they cannot charge for any training or other aid given to other Members, except such as may be reasonably incurred for the hire of a room, the provision of meals and accommodation and the travel expenses and entertainment provided for other Members for the purposes of such training.
    6. The opportunity to onboard prospective Members is not to be made in an aggressive, false, or misleading manner.
    7. Potential new Members are to be informed that earnings on commissions and sales vary from person to person and be provided with a fair representation of potential earnings.
    8. Members may not sign up their spouse or legal partner as a Member of their team, nor may that spouse or legal partner be a Member of anyone else’s team.
  1. Change Of Line Sponsoring

    1. New Image™ will not permit any change in the line of sponsorship.
    2. To change Sponsors, a Member must either Resign and wait 6 commission cycles or not renew and be inactive for 6 months from the renewal date, before rejoining under someone new.
    3. The request to change Sponsors, and the choice of the new sponsor, is required to be done in writing.
    4. The Member will lose their downline and status. The Member’s status will not be reinstated, and you will need to requalify for Supervisor, Manager or Executive status as per the Compensation Plan.
    5. During the stand down period, a Member is prohibited from selling or promoting New Image™ products, and the Member must remove all online content.

    New Image™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or deny any request for a change in line Sponsorship.

  1. Ongoing Supervision and Training:

The Member is to support the organisation they build and are to undertake to provide adequate training in business tools, the Product range and retailing to their Downline. The Member will endeavour to ensure that the Company is not implicated or held blameworthy in any dispute resulting from their actions arising within their organisation.

The Member also agrees to use their best endeavours to ensure that not only their Sponsored Members, but all Downlines fully understand and comply with this Agreement and applicable laws and regulations, which endeavours may include, but not limited to, checking, from time to time, for any updates to this Agreement and notifying its Downlines of the updates as appropriate.

  1. Commission Plan

    1. New Image™ pays commissions by the 15th of each month for sales made in the previous month.
    2. Commissions may only be paid into the Members bank account.
    3. Members must meet all requirements of the Compensation Plan to earn commissions and be in good standing.
    4. If products are returned by a downline Member, any commissions earned may be deducted from the Member and their Upline.
    5. New Image™ may withhold the payment of all or part of any commission or other monies due to the Member to offset any monies that may be due and payable to New Image™ by the Member.
    6. Where any Products are returned to New Image™ in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, it represents a non-sale, and all Member and Upline commissions will be clawed back.
    7. Where commissions are earned in foreign currency, the foreign currency will be calculated at the closing rate of the previous month as defined by New Images’ Banking Partners.
    8. That Royalty and other bonuses which may not form part of the official Compensation Plan are paid at the Company’s discretion and recipients must be personally present at the prescribed time at the convention at which the recognition is presented to collect such items or forfeit the right to receive them.
  1. What New Image™ Agrees To

  2. New Image™ will:

    1. Provide quality products.
    2. Use reasonable efforts to fulfil Member orders.
    3. Pay commissions as per the Compensation Plan.

    Some bonuses (e.g., Royalty, Country Pool) are discretionary. To receive them, Members must personally attend the designated event; and be in good standing, otherwise, the bonus is forfeited.

  1. VAT

    1. The Member agrees that when relevant, the Members’ VAT registration number will be provided.
    2. The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, New Image™ from any claims, assessments, reassessments, liabilities, losses, penalties, interest, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising from or related to any shortfall or underpayment of VAT by the Company where the Member:
      1. incorrectly represented to the Company that the Member was VAT registered; or
      2. failed to advise New Image™ within 5 Working Days of becoming VAT deregistered and the Company had filed its VAT return on the basis the Member was VAT registered.
  1. Communication & Advertising

    1. General Communication:
    2. Due to the unique way we conduct our business, various means and methods of communication are required. The communication methods of choice that the Company utilises are (but are not limited to) email, Social Media, website, phone, and postal. The parties agree that any communication from the Company is not deemed as unsolicited.

    3. Promotions & Testimonials:
    4. All Promotions and Testimonials, not already sanctioned by New Image™, must have the prior written approval by New Image™ before publishing, this includes the use of New Image™ logo, images, and Intellectual Property.

  1. Media Statements or Interviews

    1. Members may not speak to the media or invite them to New Image™ events.
    2. If approached, Members must refer all media to New Image™ Customer Service.
  1. Websites and Online Sales

Websites developed by or on behalf of Members are at the sole cost of the Member, unless it is the website provided by New Image where changes requested to be made are at the discretion of New Image™.

Members may promote and sell online only in their country of residence with written approval by New Image™. Refer to International Sales, should a Member wish to sell the product in other countries. Members may set up their own website but must adhere to the Website Requirements.

    1. Member Website:
    2. Members are to notify New Image™ when a Member website is used to sell New Image products.

      Websites are the Member’s responsibility and must comply with:

      1. Local laws, including privacy and refund policies
      2. New Image™ branding guidelines
      3. Accurate and truthful content
      4. Branding and Logo guidelines and requirements provided by the Company.
      5. Members must state their name and contact details on the website
      6. Members must state on the website that they are ‘Independent distributors of New Image™’.
    3. Website Fair Business Practices
    4. Members shall not make any representations in their Website that expressly or imply in any manner to guarantee success in any aspect of the New Image™ International Business Opportunity. In addition, Members shall not make any income representations, plan depictions, or any other representation or omission that is false or likely to be misleading or deceptive, and which cannot be substantiated.

      Language which, in the opinion of the Company, reflects poorly on the New Image™ Business Opportunity is not permitted. For the avoidance of doubt, the Member acknowledges and agrees that a breach of this clause would bring, or be likely to bring, the Company into disrepute.

    5. Domain & Email Requirements
    6. Domain Names for Websites or email addresses used by Members as part of their Independent Business must not be deceptive or misleading or violate the Terms and Conditions or Rules of Conduct (for example, waystomakeeasymoney.com or business.newimage@gmail.com). Members may not use corporate trademarks or service marks, or any variation likely to cause confusion with a corporate trademark or service mark, in their Website address or email address (for example, ‘newimage.DO.com’).

      New Image™ can ask a Member to surrender domain names or e-mail addresses that violate these terms.

    7. Not Allowed on Websites or Social Media Sites
      1. Using unapproved income claims or misleading testimonials.
      2. Selling in commercial quantities online.
      3. Creating or selling ‘New Image ™ websites or content without company approval.
      4. Misrepresent pricing, guarantees, or New Image™ policies.
      5. Advertising other products alongside New Image™ products.
  1. Promotional material/ Marketing and Social Media and Website Claims

United Kingdom Law requires communications of a commercial nature to be unsolicited, transparent and must not mislead the average customer. This means that New Image™ content is to be clearly identifiable as such and the natural or legal person on whose behalf communications are made must be clearly identifiable. This includes Promotional offers, competitions, games and certain conditions need to be met.

The New Image™ Member Business Centre has materials that may be used by Members to assist with sales of New Image™ products.

Where New Image™ believes (in its sole discretion) that the Terms and Conditions for the use of Social Media and Websites have been breached, New Image™ may demand in writing that any content posted on Social Media be amended or otherwise deleted. The Member acknowledges and agrees that failure to comply with a demand under this clause would bring, or be likely to bring, the Company into disrepute.

    1. Online Sales
      1. Selling on, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Shopify or similar is prohibited.
      2. Members must declare the name of the webpage or social network page used to sell the product.
      3. Members using a web page or social media as part of running their New Image™ Business must clearly and visibly identify themselves by both their name, and as an Independent Member of New Image™.
      4. Each Member is responsible for compliance with the rules of each type of platform they use.
      5. All content posted on must comply with these Terms and Conditions.
      6. All content posted must otherwise be prepared and published in a manner that is responsible and professional.
      7. Don’t make promises of success or guaranteed income with New Image™.
      8. Don’t use language that could be seen as misleading, exaggerated, or damaging to the brand.
      9. Claims must be truthful, professional, and backed by facts.
    2. Product Claims
    3. A Member must not:

      1. Say that New Image™ products prevent, treat, or cures any illness or medical condition.
      2. Use phrases that suggest medical results (like “relieves stress,” “improves memory,” “boosts performance”).
      3. Advertise using superlative or exaggerated words like “best,” “most powerful,” “works instantly,” etc.
      4. Use “before and after” images that are false or misleading.
      5. Promote self-diagnosis or replacing medical advice with product use.
      6. Promote or compare New Image™ products with other companies’ products.
      7. Use the word “new” unless the product has been officially launched as new.

      Always advise: " No material on this site is intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your Healthcare Provider regarding a medical condition or treatment”.

    4. Income/Financial Claims
      1. No promises may be made about income potential.
      2. Never promise or suggest people will “get rich fast” by joining.
      3. Don’t show cash photos, earnings screenshots, or luxury lifestyle claims.
      4. Avoid exaggerated income expectations or misleading earnings statements.

      Examples of what NOT to say:

      Make $10,000 your first month!
      Join and retire in a year!
      This business sells itself – no effort needed!
    5. Pricing
      1. Pricing must be fair and clear. New Image™ recommends selling products at the Recommended Retail Price. The intention is to create a global level playing field for all Members.
      2. Members may not post price comparisons with other brands.
    6. Product Images and Information
    7. "Use only approved New Image™ product images and information, as these materials are the intellectual property of New Image™."

    8. Dietary Supplements
    9. There are stringent regulatory requirements governing the language permitted when describing supplementary products. The following examples illustrate acceptable phrasing.

      Words such as enhance, improve, tested, and the names of medical conditions may not be used. Words such as support for, contributes to, comfort and soothe may be used. For additional guidance on compliant and non-compliant terminology, please consult the New Image™ Customer Services Team.

  1. Use of Social Media

Including but not limited to obligations in respect of intellectual property, a Member may use Social Media to communicate information about the New Image™ business or the Member’s involvement in it, provided however that they:

    1. Members using Social Media as part of running their New Image™ Business must clearly and visibly identify themselves by both name and as an ‘Independent Member of New Image™’.
    2. Only post truthful, and accurate content.
    3. All content posted on Social Media must otherwise be prepared and published in a manner that is responsible and professional.
    4. Not use the company’s name in false or misleading ways like “New Image Alpha Lipid™, or Colostrum Specialist.”
    5. Not sell New Image™ products alongside other brands.
    6. Not make misleading medical or financial claims.
    7. Understand that New Image™ may demand in writing that any content posted on Social Media be amended or otherwise deleted. The Member acknowledges and agrees that failure to comply with a demand under this clause would bring, or be likely to bring, the Company into disrepute.
  1. Privacy and Information Security

    1. How New Image™ keeps data secure
    2. The Company undertakes to ensure that any information provided by Members will be securely stored and only used by the Company for the purposes of the maintenance and development of the New Image™ business. Any information provided by Members will not be used or passed on to any other third party without the expressed permission of the Member concerned.

      The New Image™ Data Privacy Policy outlines the principles and guidelines governing the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of personal data in compliance with the United Kingdom Privacy Act and its amendments, including the Privacy Legislation.

    3. Management of Customer and Downline Member Data
      1. Each Member shall adhere to all of the privacy laws that it is subject to and ensure that it only collects and stores personal information or data that is strictly necessary for the purposes of conducting their Individual Business.
      2. In addition, each Member shall use its best endeavours to ensure that any personal information it holds is stored safely and securely and is only shared with third parties where it has the express consent of the person to which the personal information relates. For the avoidance of doubt, the Member acknowledges and agrees that a breach of this clause would bring, or be likely to bring, the Company into disrepute.
      3. Members must protect login credentials and company-provided tools, and Never share Member passwords.
      4. Delete printed or old private member information properly.
      5. If a customer asks to delete their information, the request must be actioned, unless it’s needed for legal reasons.
  1. Trademarks, Copyright and Intellectual Property

  2. Members will not:

    1. Make any modification or tamper with the Products, the packaging, the label or the product identification codes.
    2. Alter, remove or tamper with any label or trademarks in any way which might prejudice their distinctiveness or validity or the goodwill of the Company; or
    3. Use any trademarks of the Company without an express license to do so.
    4. Members have the right to sell and promote Products within the agreement, however, members have no rights in any trademark, trade names, or copyright material used by the Company in relation to the Products or the goodwill associated therewith and that, except as expressly provided in the Member Application, they shall not acquire any rights in respect thereof and that all such rights and goodwill shall remain vested in the Company.
    5. To protect the New Image™ brand integrity and reputation, Members may not to use the New Image™ name, trademark or Product trademarks without the prior approval of the Company. Where permitted, any use of the New Image™ name, trademarks or Product trademarks in promotional materials by Members must be accompanied by the words ‘Independent Member’. In addition, the Member agrees not to produce, sell, distribute or use any video, sound recording or digital or printed material, or use any photocopied or reprinted literature which is not supplied by the Company, other than personal stationery, without the prior written approval of the Company.
  1. Ethical Conduct

    1. The Members agree to always conduct themselves in an ethical, honest, and credible manner and consistent with best practice and goodwill of the Company in all dealings with their Customers, fellow Members, and with the Company.
    2. Members are to use their best endeavours to promote the sale of the Product on a continuing basis.
    3. Members are not to do anything that would otherwise bring, or be likely to bring, the Company into disrepute or cause, or be likely to cause, disharmony amonVAT the network or disadvantage others
    4. Any unauthorised use of Confidential Information may result in the termination of the Member Agreement.
    5. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to subject any Member and all of that Member’s Uplines (regardless of whether they are that members immediate or sponsoring upline) to disciplinary action, suspend their account or commission or terminate the Agreement at any time by written notice if New Image™ finds the Member has not conducted themselves and their business in an ethical, legal, moral and financially competent manner and otherwise in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, including this clause.
  1. New Image™ reserves the right

  2. To terminate or suspend the Agreement at any time by written notice for any one or more of the following:

    1. A breach by the Member of any of the provisions of the Agreement and/or these Terms and Conditions.
    2. If the Member engages directly or indirectly in any conduct prejudicial to the Company or the marketing of the Company’s Products or if the Member causes, or is likely to cause, in the Company’s sole opinion, the Company, its business or any of its Members to be brought into disrepute or to a disadvantage.
    3. If the Member supplies false information in its Application at the time of original registration or in its annual renewal of the Agreement.
    4. To make any changes in the content, description, range and formulation of the Products, including any changes in the marketing strategy, Compensation Plan, prices and PV and Rules of Conduct from time to time and any such change shall take effect from the date decided by the Company. The Company will notify Members of such changes by communications such as but not limited to email and / or notifications on the Member Business Centre.
  1. Complaint or Enquiry

Complaints made from within United Kingdom and those at are made from overseas will be handled in the same way. Members and customers can report concerns or misconduct by emailing uksupport@newimage.world. Complaints about service or products should be reported directly to New Image™. The complaint will be reviewed within ten (10) Working days.

If a complaint is reported, New Image™ will investigate any complaint or potential breach reported, provided all required information has been provided. If needed, New Image™ may temporarily suspend a Member’s account during the investigation process.

If the complaint is confirmed, New Image™ can apply a warning, or penalties such as:

    1. Temporary suspension, which includes the loss of the right to sign up new Members for a period of time,
    2. Loss of compensation, rewards or downline, and could include financial payment for liability incurred due to unethical conduct,
    3. Termination of Membership.

If a Member is terminated, they must stop promoting or selling products and may return any unsold stock under the return policy. Some issues (e.g., data misuse, tax evasion) must be reported to the authorities. New Image™ can still terminate the Member if the evidence supports the allegation.

Appeals:

Members may appeal decisions within 10 Business days.

  1. Disputes

If there’s a dispute, the Upline of the Member involved should try to resolve it first. If unresolved, New Image™ reserves the right to make the final decision.

  1. Social Responsibility

    1. No celebrity endorsements or using doctors/medical professionals in advertising, unless approved by New Image™.
    2. All testimonials must be pre-approved and include the disclaimer:
      “The effect of the product may vary among individuals”.
  1. Notice Of Termination

Either New Image™ or the Member can end the agreement with 10 Business days’ written notice. If the Member is in breach (e.g., unethical conduct), New Image™ can terminate immediately. Any rights or responsibilities that existed before or at the time this agreement ends—and are meant to continue—will still apply even after termination of this agreement.

    Terminated Members:

    1. Must pay any unpaid fees.
    2. Will lose access to events or tools.
    3. Are prohibited from promoting sell New Image™ products.
    4. Some responsibilities (like paying outstanding fees) still apply after termination.

    5. Member Initiated termination: If a Member chooses to end their contract by notice of termination or by not renewing their Membership via the payment of annual fee (if applicable): the member must pay any remaining fees within 10 Business days. If the member has an outstanding amount due, New Image™ can withhold commissions or services.

    If New Image™ ends the contract due to a breach in the Terms and Conditions, all obligations under the agreement remain in force.

  1. Former Members who continue to sell New Image™ products

  2. If a terminated Member continues to sell New Image™ products in person, or online, they:

    1. Are violating trademark laws,
    2. Could be reported for breaching competition and direct selling laws,
    3. Risk legal action for breach of contract, intellectual property, copyright or trademark infringement.
  1. Damages and Liabilities

Members cannot act on behalf of New Image™, make promises, or create liabilities for the company. Members are responsible for their own business decisions.

If a Member:

Breaches these Terms and Conditions, Makes false or misleading claims, or Is the cause of a legal complaint that is found to be valid:

Then the Member must cover any losses, fines, legal costs New Image™ incurs as a result. Losses, costs claims or liabilities as a result of a Member’s own decisions where acting out of these New Image™ Terms and Conditions, will be the Members responsibility.

  1. Waiver

If New Image™ doesn’t enforce compliance with a term or condition right away, that doesn’t imply the term or condition is waived. These Terms and Conditions continue to apply, unless waived in writing.

  1. Severability

If any part of the agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall remain in effect.

  1. Force Majeure

New Image™ and its Members are not responsible for things beyond its control, including but not limited to Natural disasters, Government lockdowns, or Pandemics.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the local laws for the United Kingdom.

Prior to commencing legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute or appeal through good faith negotiations and, if necessary, mediation.

  1. Member Acknowledgement

By joining, the Member agrees that they have read and understood all Terms and Conditions; accept that New Image™ can update the agreement and will notify Members accordingly and accept that continued activity for 30 days after changes means they agree to the new terms and shall abide by them.

This Agreement is personal to the Member and the Member’s interest in this Agreement cannot be assigned or transferred without the prior written consent of the Company, which will not be unreasonably withheld.

  1. New Image™ Reserves The Right to:

    1. Update products, formularies, prices, marketing strategy, PV, or policies at any time, and notify Members through email or the Company website.
    2. Reassign commissions or responsibilities if misconduct occurs; and
    3. Suspend or terminate a Member for a breach on these Terms and Conditions, damaging the company’s reputation, giving false information when joining or renewing.
    4. To make any changes in the content, description, range and formulation of the Products, including any changes in the Marketing Strategy, Compensation Plan, prices and PV calculation from time to time and any such change shall take effect from the date decided by the Company. New Image™ will notify Members of such changes by communications such as but not limited to email and / or notifications via the Member Business Centre.
    5. Amend, modify, add to or delete any provision or term of these Terms and Conditions. If the Company does amend these Terms and Conditions, a revised version will be posted on the Member Business Centre with an updated revision date. The Member agrees that their continued engagement in selling the product and promoting the business opportunity, or both, after notice of any such change, shall constitute their agreement to such a change.
